Podcasts to inspire

Nothing beats a good walk with a good podcast. The podcast world makes me feel like a kid in a sweet shop: there are just so many amazing podcasts out there. I get a bit preachy when I meet somebody who doesn’t make use of this massive FREE resource. YOU ARE MISSING OUT. Get listening, get learning, get connected, get inspired and blow your mind. Here are a few of my faves which cover everything from yoga to women in hip hop.

Joy-making things

More coming soon...

East, Meera Sodha

Flavours galore in this recipe book. You won’t get bored. If your kitchen cupboards are full of exotic ingredients and you hang out for hours in Chinese and Asian supermarkets then this is the book for you. When you buy it and next use it, please invite me over.

I bought this as a birthday treat to myself along with a Gua Sha tool. They are now my favourite skin care activity. I’ve never been one for snazzy trendy (and often overpriced!) beauty products but I’ve fallen in love with this little guy. You can order online or pick up from Space NK. My birthday is 30th November btw 😉

Self care is different for each of us. These things help me be kind to myself, improve my mood and bring joy to my life. Yes that includes hot sauce.

What brings you joy? If you have something you think should be on this list, please email me at jfordtherapies@gmail.com
