Led by trained reflexologists, Zita and Janine, you will be introduced to the ancient healing art of reflexology.
Working in pairs, you’ll be guided to learn a short reflexology sequence. Practicing the sequence on each other, you will be able to experience both giving and receiving a reflexology treatment.
After, we’ll have tea & cake plus time for questions.
Attendees will receive a 10% discount for appointments booked on the day.
