Your appointment

CANCELLATION POLICY

Plans change, we get ill and there may be times when you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice (ie at least the day before) or 48 hours is even better - to avoid a fee.


The more notice you give me, the more likely I can fill your slot and reschedule your appointment to another time that suits you.


Please remember that last-minute cancelled appointments cause a significant loss of income as I will not be able to fill that slot at short notice.


I charge 100% of the treatment cost booked for no-shows and 50% for late/last-minute reschedules/postponements.


PAYMENT

Advanced payment is required upon booking.


BACS details will be provided.


I have this arrangment in place for two reasons:

~ This will allow you to fully enjoy the treatment without thinking about payment afterwards.

~ To reduce and avoid ‘no-shows’ and last-minute cancellations.


I also take card payments online and can send payment links via email/text.

YOUR 1ST APPOINTMENT

Before we begin your first treatment I will ask you details about your medical history. This is to ensure I am aware of any contraindications and can provide an effective treatment. If you are on lots of medication, it can help to have your prescription handy. You can choose to provide this information in advance by email.


At the beginning of each appointment, we discuss what you want to get out of the treatment and which areas to focus on.
