I’ve been practicing yoga for 20+ years and massage for a decade. Throw into the mix reflexology, Thai yoga massage and various other training experiences and hey presto, I have a wonderful set of skills to help people relax and feel great.
I originally built my business in the Essex town of Wivenhoe and moved to West Berkshire in 2019, where I now teach yoga, offer mobile treatments & provide corporate wellbeing services.
WHY MASSAGE? WHY YOGA?
There’s nothing better than feeling totally relaxed in your body and mind. This is the reason I love all types of body work and why I chose massage, reflexology and yoga.
Our bodies & brains are amazing. They deserve to be well looked after. I love helping people take better care of themselves through the hands-on therapies I offer and the yoga styles I teach. Both paths provide a powerful way to tap into your body’s innate healing abilities and help us recharge, recover and relax.
MY YOGA TEACHING STYLE
In a nutshell, I like to teach people how to feel and move better. We’re all different, but yoga brings us together to accept and love our bodies unconditionally.
Regardless of your ability, mobility or flexibility, I teach students that yoga is a tool to help make you FEEL better, BREATHE better & MOVE more freely.
I encourage students to use yoga to look inward, to learn about their bodies and look after themselves kindly. Making time for ourselves on the mat allows us to find peace, equanimity and joy... then we can go out into the world to share this.
